Ronald S. Gross

President & CEO

Having intimate knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, Ron is an expert’s go-to person for Retirement Plan Technical Compliance and Planning issues. He has led numerous seminars for groups such as Ohio Society of CPA’s, Creative Pension and ASPPA. He regularly speaks to CPA firms on creative plan design.  Ron was previously employed in the tax division of a national accounting firm and founded Cleveland’s ASPPA Benefits Council (ABC). Ron, his wife, Shelley, and their three children (Allison, Sammy, Erica) reside in Beachwood, Ohio. Ron’s interests include wine tasting and youth wrestling coaching. He was a three-year Miami U. trivia champ. Ron joined the firm in August of 1989.
