Lisa develops and maintains client relationships. She helps solve challenges clients may face, works with the MGO team to conduct periodic review to ensure clients are satisfied with product and services, and works with other members of the MGO team to ensure the quality of services. Lisa also helps to design and maintain MGO’s culture of delighting customers, and leads the MGO Client Advisory Board, to help build relationships with clients, team leaders, and vendors.
